Complete Kitchen & Living Remodel
A full top-to-bottom transformation of a dated, closed-off kitchen and living area into one bright, open, vaulted space. We took the project from demo all the way through finish: opening and raising the ceiling, completely reframing the structure, installing a custom shiplap wood ceiling, new hardwood and porcelain tile flooring, custom cabinetry with crown detail, quartz countertops, tile backsplash, a shiplap fireplace feature wall and full finish trim throughout — delivered with the precision our clients expect.
Before
The original space was a closed-off galley kitchen with a low ceiling, dark wood paneling and a dated brick fireplace separating the living and dining areas.
Demo & Framing
We stripped the space to the studs, opened up the ceiling, raised it to expose the rafters and completely reframed the living area to create the new vaulted volume.
In Progress
With the shell complete, we moved into finish work — installing the shiplap ceiling, porcelain tile floors and setting cabinetry and the custom island base with laser-accurate layout.
After
The finished result: an open, vaulted kitchen and living space with custom cabinetry, quartz countertops, tile backsplash, hardwood floors and a shiplap fireplace feature wall.
Mantel & Fireplace Feature Wall
A stone fireplace transformed into a warm, statement feature wall. We framed a full-height board-and-batten treatment around the existing stone hearth and installed a hand-selected reclaimed wood mantel — bringing texture, warmth and craftsmanship to the room's focal point.

Custom Oak Staircase
A full custom staircase build — from bare framing to finished centerpiece. Solid oak treads paired with crisp painted risers, a hand-built newel post, turned balusters and a continuous oak handrail. The kind of stair work that becomes the architectural statement of the home.

Stair stringers framed and the solid oak treads test-fitted before final installation, sanding and finish.

Shiplap Walls & Built-In Shelves
A basement lounge and hallway transformed with crisp, full-height shiplap paneling and custom built-in shelves. Every board was scribed and installed with tight, consistent reveals — delivering a clean, modern coastal-New England look with the kind of finish detail that reads high-end from across the room.

Completed shiplap installation across walls and hallway, with custom built-in floating shelves recessed into the paneled feature wall.
